City of Madison hired Sustainable Engineering to provide the following  LEED services for it’s newest fire station building: Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, Energy Modeling, and Measurement & Verification. The City of Madison goals for the building are to incorporate sustainable technologies that address waste reduction, energy efficiency, water efficiency, storm water management and indoor environmental quality.

The building is projected perform approximately 40-50% better than current state code based on energy cost savings.
